2024.01.26 | Louiedeology, Willy “Chillski” Perez And Doze Green at The Art of Hip Hop | Wynwood, Miami I had the opportunity to document a panel discussion at The Art of Hip Hop, a new exhibit in Wynwood dedicated to celebrating the visual pioneers of Hip Hop culture. The panel was moderated by the Museum of Graffiti’s Alan Ket and featured Louie “Louiedeology” Diamondz, Willy “Chillski” Perez, and Doze “Doze” Green, each representing a different generation of b-boys and graffiti writers. 2023.11.14 | Community Outreach/Food Distribution with BirdSeed Collective at the Globeville Center | Denver, CO Recently, while traveling through Colorado, I started documenting the efforts of Anthony Garcia Sr. and the BirdSeed Collective. This Denver-based organization integrates artistic creation with socioeconomic improvement through public art and community support initiatives. The organization was founded as a joint venture between artists Anthony Garcia Sr., Michael Broberg, and musician Robin Walker in 2009 and attained 501(c)(3) non-profit status in 2015. One of their critical efforts in meeting the needs of local under-resourced communities is a weekly food distribution program that provides healthy food to hundreds of individuals and families. Recent demographic shifts, particularly surges in the Venezuelan immigrant population, have posed challenges in meeting the growing demand. With the assistance of Denver Food Rescue, Freshpack Produce, Rainbo Breads, Food Bank of the Rockies, and ACTS Food Bank, BirdSeed Collective remains steadfast in its commitment to providing essential support to those in need. 2022.10.15 | Repast with Remote and James Bellichi at Wyn317 Gallery

Wyn317 Gallery hosted a uniquely personal curated culinary/art experience featuring the homies Remote and his brother, renowned chef James Bellichi. Participants got to take home an original 12x 12 painting by Remote while delighting in cocktails, wine pairing, and an exquisite five-course meal prepared by James. The menu consisted of: Amuse bouche: Yukon gold potato knish Golden kaluga caviar, whipped creme fraiche, soft herbs 1st course: king crab and avocado cannelloni Miso mayo, grapefruit, radish salad 2nd course: spring pea agnolotti Black truffle fondue, peas, Parmesan tuile 3rd course: duo of beef Red wine braised short ribs, sous-vide prime sirloin, buttered corn, bacon lardons, roasted pearl onions, corn purée, pickled shallots 4th course: coconut tapioca Coconut ice cream, passion fruit sorbet, cilantro syrup

These images were taken at the Arsht Center’s 305 Hip Hop show, a community event to kick off the 12th season of their Family Fest series. 2019.09.22 | Art for Abaco | Ft. Pierce, FL

In the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian, Lander Talbott and others in the Treasure Coast boating community decided to assist in the recovery efforts by rallying enough donations and sponsor support to send 10 shipping containers full of relief supplies to the islands. Tropical street artist Dave Lavernia got involved and put the word out to other like-minded artists willing to donate their time and talents to contribute some positive creativity to the project, and this is what went down while the containers were waiting to be shipped.
